The 8th grade dance is soon approaching!

There will be two more days to purchase your ticket (Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, June 10).  The cost per ticket is $10.00 (cash is preferred).

The theme of the dance will be revealed to the students when they enter the cafeteria on June 12th. The dance is a “semi-formal” affair and all outfits must adhere to the school dress code. Suggested attire for the dance: dresses, dress pants, collared shirts, dress shoes and ties are recommended. Please do not wear jeans or athletic wear. Please no formal “prom” style dresses. We also request that the students do not come to the dance in a limousine or any other such transportation that would be used for formal events, such as a prom or wedding. Please note that we will have pizza and a shaved ice truck at the dance. If your child has allergies to these products, please be sure they are aware.

The doors to the school will open at 5:50 pm and will be locked at 6:15 pm. All students who will be attending the dance should be at school by 6:00 pm, unless accompanied by a parent. Also, your child must be in school the day of the dance to be able to attend. If your child is not in school on Friday, June 12th he/she will not be allowed to attend the dance. If you have any questions or concerns about attendance, please contact Mr. Lambert.
