MK Alliance for Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Statement of Purpose:
Racism, racial conflict and inequity are perhaps the most important threats facing our community today. MK Alliance for Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion is a collective of Kellogg parents, caregivers, guardians, and community members committed to collaborating with faculty, administration, staff, and board members to serve underrepresented populations. We aim to build a school community committed to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. We will promote social and emotional health support/initiatives that enhance civic and academic achievement for the benefit of past, present, and future generations of underrepresented students, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, impairments, educational level, and socio-economic status.
