Tech Support/Parent/Student Resource toolStarting on 11/23/2020, the following procedures will be in effect with damaged/not working Chromebooks while we are in Temporary Partial Remote:

Students who were in-person (hybrid or full) prior to 11/23/2020, should call their respective school in order to receive a replacement device.

Students who were FULL Distance Learning prior to 11/23/2020, should fill out the Tech Support Form.

Please update your student’s device (directions) and check to see if the problem persists, before making the appropriate contact. All families are also encouraged to purchase Chromebook insurance at www.ezschoolpay.com.
